On December 10-11, Prof. Dr. Dalibor Čepulo, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb, gave a lecture to the PhD students of the Central European Academy. The lecture focused on the process of the formation of nation-states, with particular emphasis on three countries: Croatia, Finland, and Iceland.
